Mustard potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- potatoes, cooked and mashed - 5 lb
- Italian salad dressing - 1/2 c
- large onion, minced - 1 item
- large green pepper, minced - 1 item
- light Miracle Whip - 1 c
- mustard - 3/4 c
- bread and butter pickle juice - 1/2 c
- salt or to taste - 1 tsp
- pepper or to taste - 1 tsp
- eggs, boiled and chopped - 6 item
- paprika - 1 item
How to make mustard potato salad:
After boiling potatoes and cooling, pour Italian dressing over. Add onion and green pepper.In a small bowl, prepare the salad dressing mixture and add to potatoes. After all is mixed, add eggs, reserving one egg for garnishing the top. Sprinkle with paprika.
