Baked potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- cooked, peeled, sliced potatoes - 8 item
- cubed medium Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped fried bacon - 1/2 lb
- sliced green onions - 1/4 c
How to make baked potato salad:
Combine potatoes, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, onion and celery. Put into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with bacon and green onions. Do not cover pan while baking. Bake 1 hour at 325°.Tip: Chop bacon before frying. Don't fry it too hard.
