Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- onion powder - 1 Tbsp
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 4 c
- square hash browns, thawed - 1 pkg
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix thawed hash browns and melted, room temperature butter. Then add cream of mushroom soup. Add onion powder and salt. Add sour cream and 3 cups grated cheese. Spread in 9 x 13 glass dish. Top with 1 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
