Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- Garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- Salt & Pepper to taste - 1 item
- white potatoes - 8 item
- Colby & Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 8 oz
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cut up potatoes into cubes, boil, drain, and mash them. Save some cheese for topping. Stir in butter, grated cheeses and seasoning. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
