Mushroom and brown rice skillet



Ingredients/Components
- water
- chopped celery
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- brown rice - 1 c
- can undrained mushrooms - 1 oz
How to make mushroom and brown rice skillet:
Saute celery, onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Add rest of ingredients to saucepan or skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring. Cover and cook 50 minutes without stirring until water is absorbed.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Brown rice.
