Corn pudding



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 3
- milk
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- frozen corn - 2 c
How to make corn pudding:
Stir flour into melted butter until it is smooth and free of any lumps. Add remaining ingredients one by one except for the nutmeg. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg. Bake in a 350° oven for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
