Ingredients/Components

  • oil
  • cornmeal - 1/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • small onion - 1 item
  • can hominy - 1 item
  • size - 2 cans
  • can Niblets corn - 1 item
  • chili seasoning - 1/2 pkg

How to make mexican stew:

Mix ground beef, meal, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into small balls about the size of a quarter. Brown in oil. Drain off fat. Add chili mix and stir. Add rest of ingredients. Heat to boiling. Turn down and simmer for 1 hour.

Recipe can be easily doubled or even more.
