Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- grated onion - 1 Tbsp
- slivered almonds
- diced, cooked chicken - 2 c
- finely diced celery - 1 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- corn flake crumbs - 1 c
- cooked rice cook in chicken broth - 1 c
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Topping:1/2 c. slivered almonds1 c. corn flake crumbs1/4 c. butter Mix all ingredients except last 3 in casserole. Melt butter. Add corn flake crumbs and almonds. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
