  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can water - 1 item
  • cans minestrone soup - 2 item
  • can pinto beans with or without jalapeno peppers - 1 item
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies - 1 item

How to make mexican stew:

Brown meat (drain). Add other ingredients. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes (good and fast). Serve with cornbread or crackers.

Optional: Add 4 ounces of Velveeta cheese.
