Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can water - 1 item
- cans minestrone soup - 2 item
- can pinto beans with or without jalapeno peppers - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies - 1 item
How to make mexican stew:
Brown meat (drain). Add other ingredients. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes (good and fast). Serve with cornbread or crackers.Optional: Add 4 ounces of Velveeta cheese.
