Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- can cherry pie filling - 1 oz
- prepared graham cracker crumb crust 9-inch - 1 item
How to make cherry cheesecake:
Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Spread with cherry pie filling. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 4 hours.
