- salt - 1 tsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- sliced olives - 1/2 c
- bacon strips - 1 item
- large cooked potatoes - 8 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Cube and cook potatoes; drain. Cube Velveeta cheese. Combine potatoes, cheese, onion, mayonnaise and salt in casserole baking dish. Spread evenly in dish. Top with olives and bacon, alternating in rows. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
