eggs - 2 item
cider vinegar - 2 Tbsp
brown sugar, packed - 1/3 c
ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
pepper - 2 tsp
ground beef - 2 lb
onion, chopped - 1 item
parsley, minced - 2 Tbsp
corn flakes, crushed - 1 c
brown mustard
Prepare sauce in a bowl and set aside

How to make best ever meat loaf:

Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare sauce in a bowl and set aside. Combine meat loaf ingredients until evenly mixed. Work in half of the sauce with the meat loaf. Place the meat loaf in a dish or loaf pan and shape it. Pour the remaining sauce on top and bake for 50 minutes or until center is no longer pink.Sauce:1/2 c. ketchup1/3 c. brown sugar, packed2 Tbsp. cider vinegar1 1/2 tsp. brown mustard1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg Mix all ingredients and set aside.
