Beef stew

Ingredients/Components

• margarine - 1 Tbsp
• hot water - 1 c
• medium onion - 1 item
• salt to taste - 1 item
• dash of red pepper - 1 item
• to 8 medium potatoes - 6 item
• beef bouillon cube - 1 item
• to 4 carrots - 3 item
• can Bunker Hill rib eye gravy - 1 item

How to make beef stew:

Peel and dice potatoes, carrots and onion. Cover with water and cook until done. Add remaining ingredients and simmer a few minutes. Serve over cooked rice or sliced bread.
