Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- hot water - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- dash of red pepper - 1 item
- to 8 medium potatoes - 6 item
- beef bouillon cube - 1 item
- to 4 carrots - 3 item
- can Bunker Hill rib eye gravy - 1 item
How to make beef stew:
Peel and dice potatoes, carrots and onion. Cover with water and cook until done. Add remaining ingredients and simmer a few minutes. Serve over cooked rice or sliced bread.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
