Ingredients/Components
- chuck beef, ground - 2 lb
- melted Spry - 1/4 c
- onions, minced - 1/4 c
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- salt - 3 tsp
- paprika - 2 tsp
- carrot, chopped or grated - 1 item
- green pepper, grated - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- tomato juice - 2/3 c
- ketchup - 1/4 c
How to make meat loaf:
Combine beef and melted Spry. Add onion, green pepper, carrot, crumbs, salt, paprika and mustard. Blend. Add tomato juice and mix well. Pack in a baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2-inch, greased with Spry. Spread ketchup on top. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
