Applesauce meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- stuffing croutons
- ground beef
- thick applesauce - 2/3 c
- onion - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- sugar
- flour - 1/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- water - 1/2 c
- can condensed celery soup - 1 item
How to make applesauce meatballs:
Sauce:1 1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. flour1/4 tsp. nutmeg2 eggs, beaten1/2 c. water1 can condensed celery soup Mix all meatball ingredients together and roll into medium size meatballs. Beat eggs with a small amount of milk. Mix soup with 1/2 cup water. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
