Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- hot water - 1 c
- minced onion - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- bottom round or top round of beef - 1 item
How to make beef stroganoff:
Freeze beef bottom round or top round. Put in refrigerator overnight and slice in the morning. Dredge with flour. Brown in oleo; add minced onion, mushrooms and hot water with beef bouillon. Let simmer until tender, about 1 hour. Add sour cream.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
