Baked oriental chicken
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/3 c
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- instant minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- pineapple juice - 1/4 c
- Season-All - 3 tsp
- boneless chicken breasts, split - 3 item
- chicken flavor base - 2 tsp
How to make baked oriental chicken:
Dredge chicken pieces with mixture of flour, Season-All and pepper. Carefully fold under ends of chicken to form a rounded ball. Melt butter in a shallow baking pan. Place chicken pieces in pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 375° for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting several times.
