Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- brown sugar - 8 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- oatmeal - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- minced onion - 4 Tbsp
- tomato sauce - 1/2 c
- worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- egg beaten - 1 item
- Shape into balls, roll in flour and fry in skillet until brown on both sides
How to make meatballs and sauce:
Mix first ten ingredients together for meatballs. Shape into balls, roll in flour and fry in skillet until brown on both sides. Remove and place in baking dish.SAUCE:1/2 c. chopped onions8 Tbsp. brown sugar1/4 tsp. pepper1 tsp. paprika2 tsp. worcestershire sauce1/2 c. tomato sauce1/2 c. ketchup4 Tbsp. vinegar1/2 c. water1/2 tsp. chili powder In a separate bowl mix all ingredients together for sauce.
