Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 8 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 4 Tbsp
  • oatmeal - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • minced onion - 4 Tbsp
  • tomato sauce - 1/2 c
  • worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • egg beaten - 1 item
  • Shape into balls, roll in flour and fry in skillet until brown on both sides

How to make meatballs and sauce:

Mix first ten ingredients together for meatballs. Shape into balls, roll in flour and fry in skillet until brown on both sides. Remove and place in baking dish.SAUCE:1/2 c. chopped onions8 Tbsp. brown sugar1/4 tsp. pepper1 tsp. paprika2 tsp. worcestershire sauce1/2 c. tomato sauce1/2 c. ketchup4 Tbsp. vinegar1/2 c. water1/2 tsp. chili powder In a separate bowl mix all ingredients together for sauce. Pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
