Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- thinly sliced carrots - 5 c
- tomato soup - 1 can
- medium sweet onion - 1 item
- small pepper - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until tender, drain and cool slightly. Mince pepper. Cut onion in round slices, separate and mix with carrots. Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Marinate 12 hours or more.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
