Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- thinly sliced carrots - 5 c
- can tomato soup - 1 oz
- medium sweet onion - 1 item
- small pepper - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until tender, cool slightly. Mince pepper, slice onion and separate rings. Mix with carrots. Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Marinate 12 hours or more.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
