Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- carrots - 5 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots until tender. Drain and cool. Cut onion and pepper in round slices and mix with cooked carrots. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate 12 hours or more.
