Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- lukewarm water - 2 c
- 1/2 sticks butter, melted - 1 item
How to make spoon rolls:
Place yeast in 2 cups water. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Add yeast to mixture; add flour and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tin. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Yeast breads.
