Spoon rolls



  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • self-rising flour - 4 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • dry yeast - 1 pkg
  • lukewarm water - 2 c
  • 1/2 sticks butter, melted - 1 item

How to make spoon rolls:

Place yeast in 2 cups water. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Add yeast to mixture; add flour and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tin. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
