Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Use can carrots (or slice your own and cook). Drain and mix all ingredients. Add carrots. Refrigerate for 24 hours before eating. Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
