Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil
- dry mustard
- pepper - 1 tsp
- carrots - 1 pkg
- tomato sauce - 1 c
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Slice and cook carrots slightly; keep crisp. In a blender, put the remainder of ingredients for marinade. Slice 1 green pepper and onion and add marinade and sliced carrots. Will last in refrigerator for 1 week.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
