Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- cocoa
- soft butter - 3 Tbsp
- 10x sugar - 1/2 c
- white Karo - 2 tsp
- vanilla instant pudding
- box graham crackers - 1 lb
- c - 1 oz
How to make eclair dessert:
Frosting:6 Tbsp. cocoa2 Tbsp. oil2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. milk3 Tbsp. soft butter2 tsp. white Karo1/2 c. 10x sugar (Should be made 24 hours ahead.)Butter bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan or dish. Line with whole graham crackers. Mix pudding with milk; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour half over crackers. Put second layer of crackers over pudding. Pour remaining pudding over this and cover with another layer of crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours, then frost.
Frosting: Beat together all ingredients until smooth. Spread over cake.
