Layered taco dip



  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • tortilla chips - 1 item
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • can refried beans - 1 item
  • large bunch green onions with tops, chopped - 1 item
  • cans chopped olives - 2 1/2
  • recipe your favorite guacamole - 1 item
  • medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and coarsely chopped - 3 item

How to make layered taco dip:

Mix approximately 2 tablespoons water with refried beans. Spread over round platter. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Mix and spread over refried beans. Spread guacamole on top of sour cream mixture. Layer next: chopped green onions, tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top as the last layer. Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips.
