Cranberry chutney
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- cranberry - 1 pkg
- large pears, diced - 2 item
How to make cranberry chutney:
Combine in medium saucepan the cranberries, pears, sugar and lemon peel. Heat to boil, stirring constantly. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer. Skim off foam with spoon. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, until fruits are tender. Pour into bowl and allow to cool. Cover and place in refrigerator. Serve warm or cold.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sauces, Chutneys.
