Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- tortilla chips - 1 item
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- avocados - 3 item
- can chopped black olives - 1 oz
- cans bean dip - 2 item
- large bunch green onions - 1 item
- medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped - 3 item
- lettuce and jalapenos optional - 1 item
How to make tex mex dip:
Spread bean dip on a serving platter. Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice. Spread over bean dip. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. Spread over avocados. Chop green onions and sprinkle over mixture. Add chopped tomatoes, black olives, lettuce and jalapenos. Top with shredded cheese.
