Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cold water - 1 tsp
- pecan halves - 1 lb
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- egg white - 1 item
How to make spiced pecans:
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add and mix pecans. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add nuts and mix well. Place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 225° for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
