  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cold water - 1 tsp
  • pecan halves - 1 lb
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • egg white - 1 item

How to make spiced pecans:

Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add and mix pecans. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add nuts and mix well. Place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake at 225° for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
