Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 1
- chopped black olives - 3/4 c
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- can refried beans - 1 item
- cherry tomatoes, quartered - 1/2 pt
- guacamole fresh or frozen - 1 item
- or 3 bunches green onions, chopped - 2 item
How to make taco dip:
Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix; set aside. In a 9-inch square casserole dish, layer in the following order: Refried beans (spread to cover bottom), guacamole, green onions, black olives, cherry tomatoes, sour cream mixture and Cheddar cheese.
