Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 1
  • chopped black olives - 3/4 c
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • can refried beans - 1 item
  • cherry tomatoes, quartered - 1/2 pt
  • guacamole fresh or frozen - 1 item
  • or 3 bunches green onions, chopped - 2 item

How to make taco dip:

Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix; set aside. In a 9-inch square casserole dish, layer in the following order: Refried beans (spread to cover bottom), guacamole, green onions, black olives, cherry tomatoes, sour cream mixture and Cheddar cheese. Chill; serve with tortilla chips.
