Italian zucchini
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- dash of basil - 1 item
- dash of oregano - 1 item
- butter or shortening - 2 Tbsp
- onion, sliced into rings - 1 item
- can Italian tomatoes - 1 oz
- zucchini, sliced 2 to 3 c - 1 lb
How to make italian zucchini:
Heat butter in medium skillet. Cook onion rings in butter until yellow. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Lower heat to simmer. Cook 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Tomato.
