Summer squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- thinly sliced summer squash - 6 c
How to make summer squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion in boiling water 5 minutes. Drain well. Mix sour cream and soup together. Fold in squash and onion. Melt stick of butter. Add box of herb seasoned croutons. Layer bottom of dish with croutons. Add squash mixture and top with croutons. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Vegetables, Casseroles.
