Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 c
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- oil
- vanilla
- can drained pineapple - 1 oz
- mashed banana - 2 c
- broken pecans - 2 c
How to make hummingbird cake:
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs and oil. Stir until moist. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and banana. Spoon into a well-greased pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Top with cream cheese icing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
