Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 qt
  • vanilla - 4 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • vanilla extract - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • butter - 1 lb
  • cocoa - 3/4 c
  • chopped walnuts - 3/4 c
  • peanut butter - 3 c
  • 12 oz - 1 pkg
  • oats - 8 c
  • sweetened condensed milk - 1 c

How to make peanut butter delight:

Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler over very low heat. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in condensed milk, butter and vanilla. Blend until butter is mixed with the chocolate. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture immediately into a lightly oiled 8-inch square pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into even squares.

May use coconut (shredded) or candy spritzes, for a colorful decoration on top of fudge squares.
