Ingredients/Components

  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • stick melted butter - 1 item
  • c onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • 16 oz bags frozen hash browns - 2 item
  • c crushed corn flakes - 2 item
  • c margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • c cheddar cheese - 2 item
  • pt sour cream - 1 item

How to make hash brown casserole:

Put potatoes in 9 x 13 cake pan. Cook soup, sour cream, onion and cheese until creamy. Pour over potatoes. Pour melted margarine on top. Put crumb mixture over potatoes. Bake 350° for 1-1/2 hours.
