- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- c onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- 16 oz bags frozen hash browns - 2 item
- c crushed corn flakes - 2 item
- c margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- c cheddar cheese - 2 item
- pt sour cream - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Put potatoes in 9 x 13 cake pan. Cook soup, sour cream, onion and cheese until creamy. Pour over potatoes. Pour melted margarine on top. Put crumb mixture over potatoes. Bake 350° for 1-1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
