  • sour cream - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • stick melted butter - 1 item
  • small onions, chopped - 2 item
  • hash brown potatoes

How to make oven potatoes:

Melt butter and brown onion. Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, butter, onions, salt and pepper. Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Put grated cheese on top. Bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour.
