Ingredients/Components
- Bag of Frozen Country Style Hash Browns - 30 oz
- cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 2 item
- stick of Butter - 1 item
- pint of Sour Cream - 1 item
- cup of chopped Onion - 1/2 item
- tsp of salt - 1 item
- tsp of pepper - 1/4 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Melt butter over low heat. Add cheese until melted, remove from heat. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Add the butter and cheese mixture. Mix with the frozen hash browns, spread in a large (9 x 13) casserole dish, slightly dot the top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
