  • cans 10 3/4 oz each Condensed Cream of Potato soup, undiluted - 2 item
  • cup 8 oz Sour Cream - 1 item
  • tsp Garlic Salt - 1/2 item
  • Pkg 2 lbs Frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 item
  • cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 2 item
  • cup Grated Parmesan Cheese - 1/2 item

How to make hash brown casserole:

In a very large bowl combine soup, sour cream and garlic salt. Add potatoes and Cheddar Cheese and mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Top with Grated Parmesan Cheese and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yields 10 - 12 servings.

Note: Everyone loves this one! You can make this low fat by substituting low fat or nonfat ingredients.
