  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • cooked sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c

How to make sweet potato delight:

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla together and pour into a 9 x 11-inch buttered pan.

To make topping: Mix brown sugar, chopped pecans and flour well. Melt butter, add and mix topping well again. Pour over sweet potatoes in pan. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.

Coconut may be added to topping mix.
