Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- walnuts
How to make sour cream coffee cake:
Cinnamon Mixture:1 c. walnuts1 tsp. cinnamon1/3 c. brown sugar Cream the butter, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Put 1/2 batter in lightly greased tube pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of Cinnamon Mixture on top of batter. Add rest of batter and sprinkle remaining Cinnamon Mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Cinnamon Mixture: Mix all ingredients together.
