Vegetable casserole



Ingredients/Components
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- shredded sharp cheese - 2/3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can French-style green beans - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Drain all vegetables. Mix everything together except Ritz crackers. Place mixture in baking dish and top with crushed crackers. Pour melted margarine on top of crackers. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
