Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- molasses - 1 c
- ginger - 2 tsp
- oleo - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- sour milk - 1 c
- soda, dissolved in little hot water - 2 tsp
- raisins, rolled in 1 Tbsp - 1 c
How to make gingerbread:
Cream oleo and sugar; add rest of ingredients leaving raisins to last. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.This recipe is over 50 years old.
