Peanut butter pie



  • pkg - 1 oz
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • 9-inch graham cracker crust - 1 item
  • peanut butter can be the nutty variety - 3/4 c
  • whipped topping Cool Whip variety - 8 oz

How to make peanut butter pie:

Soften cheese and blend with sugar. Add peanut butter; blend well. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust and top with chopped nuts (optional). Serves 8.

I put mine in freezer until it is firm, then serve with Cool Whip on top.
