Gingerbread bars
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- molasses - 1/4 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
How to make gingerbread bars:
Melt butter in saucepan. Cool 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except 2 tablespoons of sugar. Spread in greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
