Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- miniature marshmallows - 1 pkg
- whipping cream, whipped - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- fresh sliced strawberries - 2 c
- fresh sliced oranges, cut bite size - 2 c
How to make frozen strawberry salad:
Drain juice from oranges and strawberries. Heat juice and melt marshmallows slowly in juice. Soften cream cheese with a small amount of mayonnaise and add to hot marshmallow mixture. Cool. Add fruits and remaining mayonnaise. Fold in whipped cream. Freeze in shallow pan. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Salads.
