  • milk - 1/2 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 2 c
  • lemon juice
  • whipping cream, whipped - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can fruit cocktail, drained - 1 oz
  • coarsely chopped pecans - 1/3 c
  • medium banana, peeled and sliced - 1 item

How to make frozen fruit salad:

Beat pudding mix, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice until smooth and thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Spoon into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Cover; freeze. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
