Caramel popcorn
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- popped corn - 8 qt
- Karo - 1/2 c
How to make caramel popcorn:
Pop corn and set aside. Combine sugar, syrup, margarine and salt. Cook at rolling boil 5 minutes. Add soda and pour over popped corn while still foaming. Coat corn well. Bake in 250° preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Grains.
