flour
baking powder - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
butter - 3/4 c
sugar - 1 c
eggs - 2 item
orange juice - 1 tsp
orange rind - 1 Tbsp
margarine
confectioners sugar - 3 c
food coloring optional - 1 item

How to make frosted orange cookies:

Frosting:1/3 c. margarine3 c. confectioners sugar1 1/2 Tbsp. orange rind3 Tbsp. orange juice food coloring (optional) Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Add eggs, flour mixture, juice and rind. Roll into small balls. Place on a baking sheet. Flatten with a spatula or bottom of glass. Bake at 375° for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting: Mix all together and frost cookies.
