- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/3 c
- soda - 1/8 tsp
- baking powder
- allspice
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- orange rind - 1 tsp
- cranberries, halved
How to make cranberry bread:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Mix sugar and butter. Add eggs. Stir in juice, vanilla and orange rind. Blend dry ingredients; add to butter mixture. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Quick breads.
