Zucchini cookies

eggs - 2 item
sugar
oil - 3/4 c
vanilla
flour - 3 c
baking powder - 3 tsp
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
cinnamon
nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
finely chopped nuts - 1/2 c
grated zucchini or apples

How to make zucchini cookies:

Beat eggs. Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Gradually beat flour mix into egg mix. Fold in nuts and zucchini. Cover and chill. Preheat oven to 350°. Drop by teaspoon 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, until nicely browned and glazed on top.
